Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached back into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship to Skyland

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
